The SMART-HM5P is a 5W 355nm UV laser marking system engineered for industrial electronic component and automotive part traceability. Replacing inkjet and TTO technologies, it delivers permanent high-precision codes on PCBs, IC packages, connectors, cable jackets, sensor housings, wiring harness tags and automotive labels — with zero consumables.

Core Advantage: UV 355nm cold marking creates a color-change reaction on the substrate surface without heat damage — critical for sensitive electronic components and thin packaging materials. No ink, no ribbon, no thermal stress.

Industrial Traceability & Industry 4.0 Integration

  • OPC-UA & Modbus TCP: Native industrial protocol support for direct integration with Rockwell, Mitsubishi and Beckhoff PLC-based production lines. No middleware required.
  • GS1 DataMatrix & QR Serialization: Full support for GS1 Application Identifiers (AI) including GTIN (01), batch/lot (10), serial number (21), production date (11) and expiry date (17) in a single compact DM or QR code.

Warranty: 2 years on laser source and scanning system. 1 year on water chiller. Lifetime technical support via remote access, email and phone. Optional on-site installation and training available.
