The BMA-720P is a fully automated prismatic cell module assembly line engineered for high-volume battery module production. Production Process Flow
The BMA-720P covers the complete module assembly process from prismatic cell feeding to finished module output:
- Cell Loading & Sorting: Automated cell feeding with OCV/IR sorting and grading to ensure cell consistency within each module
- Cell Stacking & Positioning: Precision robotic stacking with automatic alignment and gap control
- Busbar Welding: Laser or ultrasonic welding with real-time weld monitoring and quality verification
- Visual Inspection: Multi-camera optical inspection at each critical station — weld quality, cell alignment, insulation integrity — with ±0.2mm accuracy
- Module Testing: Automated electrical testing including insulation resistance, voltage verification and HiPot testing
- Module Coding & Traceability: Laser marking of unique serial numbers and QR codes for full production data traceability
